Meet Your Guides

Our retreats are led by two mindfulness teachers, Nadja Muller and Frank Eggink. Their wisdom, compassion, and dedication to the practice of mindfulness will guide you throughout the weekend, helping you to navigate your inner landscape and find peace within. 

Nadja Muller

Hi, I am Nadja and have been a mindfulness practitioner since 2014, when I went on a Plum Village retreat in France for my 40th birthday. My Dharma name is the compassionate voice of the heart ❤️ I am deeply involved in inspiring people and businesses to find their inner peace and become a lover of all life on Earth. 

I am a certified professional coach and have been teaching mindfulness for 10 years. Knowing that the illusion of separation stems from childhood conditioning, I work trauma consciously with individuals and groups. 

Frank Eggink 

With wisdom as my purpose and stillness as my life's work, I deeply commit to doing what is right. As the Peace Eagle, I inspire harmonious leadership and support others to unlock their full potential. Committed to integrity and guided by universal wisdom, I celebrate our diversity and inclusion. I embody peace and empathy, resolving conflicts through compassion. Dedicated to environmental stewardship, I make sustainable choices and advocate for a healthier planet.
