When communities lead from love, they:

Build bridges across divides.

Empower members to co-create solutions.

Are safe spaces where all voices are heard.

Take peaceful action.

Live trust, belonging, and resilience.

Meet Your Facilitators

With decades of experience in leadership, coaching, and co-creation of communities, Nadja and Frank bring a unique blend of empathy, practical tools, and vision. They’re passionate about guiding leaders to co-create spaces that inspire and uplift.

Nadja Muller

I know that our emerging future is built on community. The time of lone wolves is over. Over the past two decades, I’ve worked with leaders and teams—from global companies like Maersk to grassroots movements—helping them turn big ideas for sustainability and reverence for all life on Earth into sustainable action.

As  a certified coach and facilitator, I focus on holding safe spaces where people can be their true authentic selves. For me, this work isn’t just about solving challenges; it’s about co-creation where everyone feels ownership and steps into their personal leadership.

When I’m not facilitating or coaching, you’ll find me walking in nature or getting my hands dirty in my veggie garden. I am an Earth lover and Thich Nhat Hanh student. It’s all part of what keeps me grounded and connected to what really matters.

Frank Eggink

With wisdom as my purpose and stillness as my life's work, I deeply commit to doing what is right. As the Peace Eagle, I inspire harmonious leadership and support others to unlock their full potential. Committed to integrity and guided by universal wisdom, I celebrate our diversity and inclusion. I embody peace and empathy, resolving conflicts through compassion.

Dedicated to environmental stewardship, I make sustainable choices and advocate for a healthier planet. Committed to continuous growth, I embrace challenges and seek to evolve daily.

The Power of Consent-Based Democracy

 Collaborative Voices

Consent-based decision-making creates spaces where every participant has an equal opportunity to contribute. By ensuring that each voice is heard and respected, it helps groups uncover innovative ideas and address challenges from multiple perspectives.

Constructive Solutions

When disagreements arise, this approach provides structured tools, like rounds of feedback and clarifying questions, to resolve conflicts constructively. Instead of division, conflicts become a path to deeper understanding and stronger, unified decisions.

This approach transforms traditional group dynamics, enabling communities to thrive while honoring diversity.

What to expect?

This workshop is about more than learning—it’s about connecting. You’ll meet others who share your passion, and together, we’ll co-create ideas that lead to real change. We’ll break into small groups, have meaningful conversations, and learn from each other. Whether you’re ready to take action or just exploring, there’s space here for everyone.
Research shows that communities built on trust, collaboration, and shared purpose are more resilient and effective in achieving their goals (Endenburg, 1998; Goleman, 2006). Principles like sociocracy and trauma-conscious leadership are supported by studies in social psychology, group dynamics, and conflict resolution.

Practical Applications

During the workshop, you will engage in practices that help you build communties foundations that are solid from the start.
Facilitation techniques from mindfulness, non-violent communication, schema therapy, theory U, and deep democracy.
Most importantly, you enter a confidential and supportive environment that allows you to feel safe and share openly. The collective energy of this workshop nurtures you, providing inspiration and practical tools to navigate difficult conversations with confidence and strategies to amplify inclusion and trust within your group.
If you are willing to be open and show up vulnerably, you will experience the ease of strengthening seemingly difficult collaboration. You will leave equipped to enhance creativity, decision-making, and overall effectiveness within your existing community or the one you wish to co-create.
